Removal FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

1 Does deleting pages modify my original local file?
No. The tool processes a copy of your document in browser memory and generates a new file download. Your original PDF remains completely unchanged on your system.
2 What happens to hyperlinks that point to deleted pages?
Internal hyperlinks pointing specifically to pages that have been deleted will become inactive or removed. References pointing to pages that you kept are dynamically updated to the correct new indices.
3 Can I undo page deletions during the selection phase?
Yes! As long as you have not clicked the final "Download" button, you can easily toggle selection checkmarks on or off to change which pages will be kept or deleted.
4 Is there a limit on how many pages I can delete?
No, you can remove as many pages as you like. The only rule is that you must keep at least one page to generate a valid PDF output.
5 Can I edit password-protected files?
Yes. If your file is encrypted, the system will prompt you for the opening password. Once unlocked locally, you can select and strip pages normally.
